Summary

A 6-month Product Design and Research role at Cure.fit, a holistic health and fitness platform integrating all aspects of a healthy lifestyle.

I led generative research for one of its core verticals, Mind.fit (mental wellness), to understand user behaviours and the barriers preventing access to mental health solutions.

Working closely with product managers, leadership, and therapy experts, I designed and conducted a phenomenological study involving 23 in-depth user interviews (~40 mins each), followed by thematic analysis and affinity mapping. The findings led to actionable improvements in existing product offerings and informed strategy for expanding product TAM (Total Addressable Market).
