Omnissa Monitor is a flagship, standalone monitoring product for Omnissa’s industry-leading VDI, endpoint management, and employee experience platforms, purpose-built for on-premise infrastructure.

This is a zero-to-one product, designed from the ground up. I am leading and defining the entire user experience across Day 0 (setup), Day 1 (configuration), and Day 2 (ongoing operations).

 

Working closely with Product and Engineering executive leadership, I’ve established the UX system, visualisation templates, and observability interactions, driven by deep research with large Fortune 500 customers to ensure relevance, scalability, and usability.
